Hi there fellow enthusiasts. I am the proud owner of a 1964 Austin Freeway. I need your help please. I have just replaced the head gasket on the old girl and my workshop manual dose not show the tappet clearances. Can someone please help me here and let me know what they are?

Thank you. I am desperate and have come to a standstill on this one.

Cheers, Dave Arndt.

0.013" rocker clearance inlet and exhaust will get you running.

Hi. Im having to sell my Austin Freeway wagon, She is fully road registered, engine turns over but may have a generator issue. She is far from perfect but loved and in original condition.  Dont want to do this!!! Im really asking for advice. Best place to advertise her to make sure she has a good home. Money wise they are worth nothing so I dont want her going to a home where she is abused. Any advice what so ever would be appreciated. Sue-Anne
