Please remember that we are not responsible for any messages (public or private) posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.


The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this bulletin board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable, is encouraged to contact us immediately by private message (PM) or by emailing Admin@WolseleyForum.com. We have the ability to remove any message which we feel to be objectionable, whether this be public or private message and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame.


You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this bulletin board to post any material or message, whether public or by private message, which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or is prejudicial to the good name of the Wolseley Forum or any Clubs, Sponsors, Associations or Companies etc, thereon, or otherwise violative of any law, or deemed to be objectionable by a member of the Administrative team. These posts may be removed by an Administrator.


You agree not to post any message containing commercial advertising for personal gain, nor to promote a commercial company, an event, or meeting etc., without first gaining permission from the Forum Administrators.


You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this bulletin board.


You are entitled to only one (1) membership account on the forum. Abuse of this privilege may lead to deletion or denial of access to the forum.


ALL messages posted via this Forum will be recorded and stored electronically.


All members are to behave with courtesy and respect towards each other, the Moderator and the Admin team. There is a sanction system in place for members who are unable to operate within the simple guidelines above. This works along the “Three Strikes” principle.


1st Offence. A warning as to behaviour will be issued by the PM system by a Moderator or member of the Admin Team. You will acknowledge this.

2nd Offence. A member will be set on Moderation. This means that all and any postings will need to be approved by a member of the Moderation and Admin Team before it becomes visible on the Forum.

3rd Offence. There will be a ban. This is variable and is set at the discretion of the Moderation and Admin Team. An email will be sent automatically outlining the duration of said ban.


Further infringements will see a member permanently removed from the Forum. We sincerely hope that it should never come to this and that our members are sensible enough to adhere to the rules overall.
